FAQ

What is a futurity?: All the horses will be young bucking stock 4- and 5-year-olds mainly. This gives the stock contractors the opportunity to buck them in a competitive environment to enhance their growth and experience. The same will go for the cowboys. They will all be either non-PRCA contestants, PRCA permit holders and PRCA rookies.

What do they win?: This rodeo is a 100% payback which means the entry fees for the cowboys and the stock contractors are paid back in prize money. We've also added an additional $3,500 in added money to both the cowboys and stock contractors. Also in the prize package is a championship buckle, a bottle of Hell on Wheels Bourbon from Pine Bluffs Distilling and a $500 gift card to Greeley Hat Works.

Food: There will be food concessions available for purchase

Alcohol: There will be beer, wine, and liquor available for purchase

Vendors: Yes, a small selection of western vendors

Refund Policy: No refunds. There is an option to insure tickets on the ticketing site. (This is clearly stated and has to be agreed to before tickets can be purchased)

Cancellation Policy: If the event is cancelled, full refunds will be given through the ticketing website.

Will we cancel for weather?: The current plan is no, but if the stock can’t get in, or if the county closes the roads, we will have no choice. At that point, all tickets will be refunded through the ticketing website.
